My Recent Work at Sagent

I joined Sagent six years ago as a Technical Documentation Specialist. I have successfully delivered in my current role as I support our documentation site Latitude: managing the publishing process, enhancing our websites, and collaborating with other teams on tools and processes. I have consistently been given high marks in my performance reviews for my willingness to go beyond the tasks my job requires.

I successfully undertook a project last year to work with development and my team to onboard MadCap Authoring and Management System (AMS) to single-source our development documentation for LoanServ. From drafting the initial proposal to purchase the tool to developing the process, documentation, and training, I was instrumental in making this initiative successful. I would like to continue to build on implementing MadCap AMS to improve the quality of our documentation and our clients’ experience with our products.
