I have worked as an Associate Technical Communicator at Wyndham Vacation Ownership for nearly two years, responsible for documentation, communication, and support. Prior to this current role, I worked at the University of Central Florida (UCF) as a Technical Marketing Writer. A graduate of UCF with a B.A. and M.A. in English- Technical Communication, I served as president of the Future Technical Communicators organization, president of the Sigma Tau Delta Zeta Xi chapter (International English Honor Society), and received the prestigious Melissa Pellegrin Memorial Scholarship for excellence in technical communication. I have managed the Society for Technical Communication local chapter’s mentoring program pairing professionals with student members for five years. I co-authored a chapter in the textbook Teaching and Training for Global Engineering: Perspectives on Culture and Professional Communication Practices to be published on April 25 this year.
