Currently, I serve as the Director of Product Documentation at Bullhorn, the global leader in staffing and recruitment software. I lead the product documentation team and oversee the strategy and execution of a unified self-service content experience across internal and external knowledge bases. One of our major accomplishments has been the successful launch of the Bullhorn Hub, a centralized portal designed to transform the customer experience. This included implementing a new product taxonomy, meta-tagging framework, and user-friendly design in close collaboration with the product team. We also executed a comprehensive content cleanup and redesign that resulted in a 261% increase in knowledge base views and a 55% drop in abandoned searches. These initiatives have significantly reduced support burden and improved content accessibility for our users.
