Currently, I serve as the Technical Documentation Manager at Silent Eight, a leading technology company leveraging AI to create custom compliance models for the world’s leading financial institutions. I have demonstrated my skills in hiring, training, and managing the work of a new technical writer. One of our notable achievements was developing a doc-as-code process in collaboration with the development team. This streamlined the version control, contribution, reviews, and publishing of our product documentation. By implementing this process, we were able to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency throughout the documentation. The new process has been well received by the team and has helped us to improve the quality and timeliness of our documentation.
