Bethany Aguad is the Director of Product Documentation at Bullhorn, the global leader in staffing and recruitment software. She leads the strategy and execution of Bullhorn’s self-service content experience, driving improvements across internal and external knowledge bases to support multiple SaaS products. With a background spanning academia, hospitality, and financial services, Bethany brings deep expertise in technical communication, user experience, and process optimization.
Bethany is an active volunteer with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Suncoast chapter, where she contributes to advancing the field of learning and development through the Technical Communication Special Interest Group. She is especially passionate about mentoring and creating meaningful professional connections that support career growth and knowledge sharing.
A proud alumna of the University of Central Florida, Bethany earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English–Technical Communication. Her academic achievements include the Melissa Pellegrin Memorial Scholarship and the Stuart Omans Award for Excellence in Technical Communication.
Outside of work, Bethany channels her love of storytelling into co-producing a Dungeons & Dragons podcast with her husband and friends.
